Well… its drawing ever so close..
How prepared am i? eek i dont feel it, but have been putting in heaps of practise. and as such have been pretty quiet on the blogging front. I do apologise, but i hope you understand!
Sunday (the 18th may) is the big day! 9 of us take to the floor, and the favourite being Luiciano from Christchurch. But at the end of the day… its anyone game, thats the nature of competition. and its a great learning curve for us all as well. And its also a fantastic time to network with Coffee industry people as well, as they have the Coffee Roasters Association AGM on the same weekend!
Nerves are starting to kick in.. but hey, we will give it a good shot!
