5 Sleeps…

5 Sleeps til the Wellington Barista regionals. At this point in time.. looking forward to getting it done! been working towards it for a while now.
I dont really mind where i come, i just wanna be able to say i put my best foot forward!! but i must say some of the preperations, and things i need for the comp, are coming down to the wire. Like the cups for my signature drink, i think i will be able to pick up on thursday… eek.
Speaking of my signature drink, i think thats coming along well. I wont say much about what it is yet, maybe after the competition….. 
I will be on first in wellington, which i consider bitter sweet. I like the fact i will get it done and get it over with, rather than my nerves causing havoc on the day, but would also consider being 3rd or 4th up pretty good, as then the judges have some balance to mark against.
Well… i better get back to work and practising!!

P.S the Wellington heats are at Coffee Supreme, Wellington 20th April.
