Its been a while..

hey everyone,

well this is the first posting for a while. sorry for the delay, if there is in fact anyone waiting for me to update this a wee bit.

I have been busy with work and trying to get all sorted ready for our coffee cart we are setting up. All going to plan we will be up and running within 2 weeks! horaah!

Its amazing how things all work in together at times tho, and everything suddenly starts moving forward at the same time at the right timing! tradesmen all workin in together (not by planning) etc.. its great seeing how it is all coming together.

For those that dont know we have been having some pretty cold weather in the last few weeks, and i’m actually glad we are not open just yet, as the spot where our new coffee cart will be will be facing directly into the south! chilly! 

 Anyway watch this space, and you will see the progress as we go, and my preparations for the robert harris national barista comp in november.

Its a little chilly again this morning so i might go have a coffee!!  (i have some samples to taste and get thru! – will be fun!)
